Mental Wellness Supplements
I've partnered with Amare (the Mental Wellness Company) to share my favourite supplements with you! Amare takes a holistic approach to mental wellness, with natural supplements specifically designed to help increase the production of feel-good neurotransmitters in the gut. They also have products to support natural hormone regulation and the release of excess weight by reconnecting the signals between the gut and the brain.
I absolutely love this company's commitment to love, integrity, innovation, service & humility. Having witnessed their passion and love first-hand, I'm so honoured and excited to be able to share my favourite gut-health supplements with you to help you feel your best too!

You dream of feeling happier and more settled in your life by taking a more well-rounded approach to supporting your mental well-being, without wasting your time and energy on practices that seem to work for everyone but you.
In my Mental Wellness Blueprint, you’ll gain immediate access to my step-by-step guide to mapping out your unique path to supporting your mental well-being so you can start focusing your limited time & energy on strategically implementing new habits and changes that will have the biggest impact in your life.

I spent years overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in a cycle of hustling to prove my worth. I was constantly in survival mode - pushing through the day with nothing left to give (not even to myself). I didn’t recognize the person I’d become… and deep down, I knew this version of me wasn’t the whole story. I just didn’t know how to shift things.
Over time, my perspective changed. I realized that mental wellness isn’t something you either have or don’t. It’s something you can nurture every day. And while the journey isn’t always easy, it’s also not as complicated as we make it out to be.
The hardest part? Believing you're worthy of feeling better… and taking those first, small steps. I’ve been there. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help other women find their way out of the overwhelm & back to themselves.

What is melatonin, and why is it often referred to as the 'sleep hormone'?
Melatonin is a hormone produced naturally by a small gland in your brain called the pineal gland. It's often associated with regulating our sleep patterns and helping us fall asleep.
Our bodies have an internal clock known as the circadian rhythm. As daylight fades, the pineal gland releases melatonin into the bloodstream, signalling that it's time to wind down.
Melatonin helps us transition into a restful state, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.
Sometimes, factors like shift work, jet lag, or other factors can disrupt our natural melatonin production.
This is where melatonin supplements come into play. Intended for short-term use, these supplements can help align your sleep patterns and alleviate temporary sleep disturbances.
However, melatonin supplements all contain a synthetic version of melatonin and prolonged use could actually be making your sleep problems worse. Prolonged use of synthetic melatonin can send signals to your body that it no longer needs to produce its own melatonin, leaving you more and more dependent on the supplement (and in a higher dose) to obtain adequate sleep.
Whether natural or supplemented, a good night's sleep is vital for our overall well-being. Prioritize healthy sleep habits, create a calming bedtime routine, and stay consistent to improve your sleep naturally.
